BRILLIANT TECHNOLOGIES is a firm of professional computer engineers established in Cairns in 1984.
Since that time the company has experienced steady growth. The company now has a staff of twenty-five people spread across six departments and a projected annual turnover of A$8 million for the 2006/2007 financial year.
In this time the company has developed significant expertise and experience and prides itself on being able to provide a complete solution for business needs. Customers can utilise the services of BRILLIANT TECHNOLOGIES for all areas of their computing requirements: consultancy and advice, network design and implementation, hardware and software supply, installation, optimisation of system performance, maintenance and servicing, repairs and upgrades.

Service and Support
BRILLIANT TECHNOLOGIES provides support for computer users from Tully to Thursday Island, including the Tablelands and Gulf. Support takes the form of on site call outs, phone assistance or service work carried out in our fully equipped workshop. Work is performed by our fully qualified and trained staff. BRILLIANT is Tropical North Queensland's only Acer Authorised Service Centre & Premium Acer Altos Agent, Canon Premium Authorised Service Agent and BenQ Authorised Service Agent. We are also TOTAL GUARD's repairer of choice in FNQ. BRILLIANT also holds a rating one from United Electrical Engineering, regarded as Australia's largest computer support company.

Expert Staff
BRILLIANT TECHNOLOGIES employs university qualified Computer System Engineers plus trained technicians including Novell CNE and CNA, Microsoft MCP, and Citrix CCEA and CCA. We are a Microsoft CNR, Small Business Specialist, and OEM partner. Brilliant is also certified to supply Citrix and Cisco solutions. Our staff are involved in ongoing tertiary education as well as continually investing in product and industry specific training to ensure our customers receive the most competent service and support possible.
